NOTES :

  • Reconfirmation of any onward / return journey is passengers responsibility.

  • Valid travel documentation such as valid passport, visa, health precautions are passengers responsibility.

  • Timings are subject to change, please reconfirm with your airline operator before you fly.

  • Any reissue / revalidation / cancellation will incur a fee.

  • Any passengers under 18 years on age travelling to South Africa will be denied boarding if not carrying their original birth certificate.

  • Any passengers who hold an OCI who travel to INDIA without their original OCI card will be denied boarding.

  • Passengers travelling to/ or via USA/CANADA : will require an ESTA at least 72 hours prior to travel, even for transit purposes.

  • Children under 18 travelling to South Africa and Botswana : All minors travelling will be required to carry certified copies Birth Certificate, and in the event that only one parent is travelling, certified written consent from the other parent to allow the child to travel.

  • If there are any long (or overnight transits) , include multiple transit points enroute within a country, it is the passengers responsibility to make the necessary accommodation and visa arrangements.

  • Unless (SAFI) Scheduled Airline Failure insurance has been paid, there is no protection again failure of the operating airline(s). South African Airlines, South AfricanExpress, FlyBe, Norwegian Airlines including Norwegian Air Shuttle, Norwegian Air Shuttle A.S., Alitalia, Alitalia CityLiner, Air Malta, Air Baltic, Virgin Australia / TigerAir, Korean Airlines co. ltd, Cathay Pacific Airways, Miami Air International, LATAM Airlines Group, Avianca, Comair, Fastjet, Air Namibia, Arik Air, RwandAir, Air Zimbabwe, Level Europe, Thai Airways, Aeromexico, Nok Air, Kenya Airways, Air Mauritius, TAME, Kuwait Airlines / Kuwait Airways, Vietnam Airlines, Blue Panorama Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Neos (airline), Aer Sicilia, Elilario Italia, Trans States Airlines (US), Compass Airlines (US), Air Deccan, BRA have been excluded from any insurance cover and will not be protected.

  • Many Airlines are starting to restrict cabin (carry on) baggage on flights. The cabin baggage many be chargeable. We request passengers check with the airline if your booking includes cabin baggage.

 

PASSENGER NOTICE :

Carriage and other services provided by the carrier are subject to conditions of contract, which are hereby incorporated by reference. These conditions may be obtained from the issuing carrier. The itinerary/receipt

constitutes the passenger ticket for the purposes of Article 3 of the Warsaw convention, except where the carrier delivers to the passenger another document complying with the requirements of Article 3.

 

If the passenger's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure the Warsaw Convention may be applicable, and the convention governs, and in most cases limits, the

liability of carriers for death or personal injury and in respect of loss of or damage to baggage. See also notices headed Advice to International Passengers on limitation of liability and notice of baggage liability

If you are travelling to USA, all qualified Visa Waiver Program travellers will be required to obtain electronic travel authorization prior to boarding an air or sea carrier to the United States.

 

Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) to USATravellers who do not receive travel authorization prior to their departure may be denied boarding, experience delays or be denied admission into the United States. Applications may be submitted at anytime prior to travel, but no less than 72 hours prior to departure.

 

Travel Authorization is obtained through an online registration system known as the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). If your registration is successful, it will be valid for multiple applications for two years or until the date on which your passport expires, which ever comes first.

Note : There is no liability if airline(s) above cease to trade, unless Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) has been paid.

General Policies

 

Please check all names, dates and timings on your documents and inform us immediately if you notice something is not correct.

 

Please ensure you check any health or vaccination requirements for any countries you are visiting.

 

Please make sure you have the relevant visas and travel documents for your trip, including any stopovers/transits and your passport is valid for travel. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of stay. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your needs.

Flight Policies

 

We act as an agent of the airline, in case of airline failure we will not be liable. We recommend you purchase travel insurance when booking your flight or holiday abroad Unless otherwise stated in writing your ticket will be non-refundable and non-changeable.

 

Once booked tickets cannot be transferred or names changed.

 

For Economy class bookings please check-in at least 3 hours before departure. For Business and First Class please allow at least 2 hours.

 

In cases where tickets are changeable, it will be subject to availability and there may be a re-issue charge and/or fare difference payable to the airline

 

If a flight is missed, the airlines regard this as a no-show and even if a flight can be changed, no-show charges will be applied. Failure to turn up for a flight without prior notice can also lead to your booking being cancelled by the airline leaving the whole booking non-refundable.

 

We advise you to check your flights before any travel in case of any schedule changes by the airline.
